GENERAL

When you place an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the provisions of the pre-information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
All shopping transactions are carried out within the scope of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and related regulations.
Unless otherwise stated, product shipment (cargo) fees are covered by the BUYER.
Each product is delivered to the address specified by the BUYER within the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the BUYER may terminate the contract.
The ordered product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the description, and together with documents such as the warranty certificate and user manual.
In the event that supplying the product becomes impossible, the SELLER shall inform the BUYER within 3 days and refund the product price within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID

If the BUYER does not pay the product price or if the payment is canceled in bank records, the SELLER's obligation to deliver the product is removed.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD

If, after delivery, it is determined that the credit card has been used by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the SELLER, the BUYER is obliged to return the product within 3 days with shipping costs borne by the SELLER.

FORCE MAJEURE AND DELIVERY DELAYS

In cases beyond the SELLER’s control (natural disasters, transportation barriers, etc.), product delivery may be delayed. In such cases, the BUYER will be informed and has the following rights:

• Cancel the order
• Replace with an equivalent product
• Postpone delivery until the obstacle is removed

In case of cancellation:
If payment was made in cash, the fee will be refunded within 14 days.
If payment was made by credit card, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days. It may take several weeks for the bank to reflect the amount to the account.

OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT

The BUYER must physically inspect the product before accepting delivery; dented, broken, torn, or defective products must not be accepted from the courier.
Products that are accepted are deemed to be in good condition. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used and must be returned with its original packaging and invoice.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, without providing any justification.

EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For the right of withdrawal:

• Invoice (return invoice is required for corporate invoices)
• The product must be delivered complete with its box, packaging, and any accessories, if available.

RETURN CONDITIONS

After the withdrawal notice, the SELLER is obliged to refund the product price and any incurred expenses within 10 days.
The returned product must be taken back within 20 days.
If there is any depreciation due to use, the BUYER is responsible for compensating this loss.

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

• Products prepared to meet personal needs
• Underwear, swimwear, bikini bottoms
• Cosmetic and personal care products
• Unsealed audio-video recordings, books, software, CDs, DVDs
• Unsealed stationery consumables

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

If the BUYER defaults on payments made by credit card, they are responsible for the interest and legal obligations to be applied by the bank within the scope of the card agreement.
The SELLER may claim damages and attorney's fees arising from such delay from the BUYER.

You can make your payments using the following methods:

• Bank transfer or EFT (our bank details are available on the payment page)
• Online single payment or installment payment by credit card

After placing an order, the product price will be charged to your credit card and the transaction will be completed.
