When Receiving Your Product

Before signing the delivery note, please check the package of your product for any damage or issues. If there is any damage, missing items, or a broken seal on the box tape, do not sign any delivery documents. Instead, request the courier to prepare a damage report and return the package. If you fulfill this obligation, your replacement products will be sent to you immediately. If a product with a damaged box or allegedly missing content is accepted, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or shortage of its contents.
