By accepting this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges in advance that, upon confirming the order subject to this agreement, they are obliged to pay the price of the order and any additional charges such as shipping fees or taxes, if specified, and that they have been informed accordingly.

2. DEFINITIONS

In the application and interpretation of this agreement, the terms listed below shall have the meanings given alongside them.

• MINISTER: Refers to the Minister of Customs and Trade,
• MINISTRY: Refers to the Ministry of Customs and Trade,
• LAW: Refers to the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers,
• REGULATION: Refers to the Regulation on Distance Contracts,
• SERVICE: Any consumer transaction other than the supply of goods, performed or committed to be performed in exchange for a fee or benefit,
• SELLER: The company that offers goods to the consumer within the scope of its commercial or professional activities, or acts on behalf or account of the supplier,
• BUYER: A natural or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,
• SITE: The website belonging to the SELLER,
• ORDERER: A natural or legal person who requests a good or service through the SELLER's website,
• PARTIES: Refers to the SELLER and the BUYER,
• AGREEMENT: This agreement concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER,
• GOODS: Movable property subject to shopping, as well as intangible goods prepared for use in the electronic environment such as software, audio, video, and similar products,

3. SUBJECT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product specified below in terms of its characteristics and sales price, which the BUYER has ordered electronically via the SELLER's website.

The listed and announced prices on the site are the sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until updated or changed. Prices announced for a limited time are valid until the specified date.

7. INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT(S) SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

The main features (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) of the goods/product(s)/service are published on the SELLER’s website. If a campaign is organized by the Seller, you can review the main features of the relevant product during the campaign period. Valid until the campaign date.

7.2. Prices

The listed and announced prices on the site are the sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until updated or changed. Prices announced for a limited time are valid until the specified date.

7.3. Taxes and Payments

The total sales price of the goods or services subject to the contract, including all taxes, is shown below.

Invoice delivery: The invoice will be delivered to the invoice address along with the order during order delivery.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS

9.1. Information and Acceptance

The BUYER declares that they have read and are informed of the basic characteristics of the product subject to the contract, the sales price and payment method, and the preliminary information regarding delivery on the SELLER’s website, and that they have given the necessary confirmation electronically.

9.2. Delivery Time

Each product subject to the contract shall be delivered within the period specified in the preliminary information section on the website, depending on the BUYER’s place of residence, without exceeding the legal period of 30 days.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If the distance contract relates to the sale of goods, the BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery to them or the person/entity they designate, by notifying the SELLER, without giving any reason.

11. PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Products prepared in line with the BUYER's request or clearly personal needs, underwear bottoms, cosmetics, single-use products, etc., are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

If the BUYER defaults when making payment by credit card, they agree, declare, and undertake to pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement with the cardholder bank and to be liable to the bank.

13. COMPETENT COURT

In disputes arising from this agreement, complaints and objections shall be made to the consumer problems arbitration committee or the consumer court in the location where the consumer resides or where the consumer transaction was carried out.

14. ENFORCEMENT

When the BUYER makes the payment for the order placed via the Site, they are deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
